Today i am gonna talk about how to make 8 abs at home by doing some exercise without paying high cost for GYM instruments. Make you feel free from paying for health or supplements.

So start form our First Exercise.
Bird Dog :
- Lie on the floor, on your palm and knees.
- Your knees and hip must have straight in position as you see in images above.
- Now practice lifting right hand and left knee for 8-10sec
- Return to the starting position and do practice same thing with your left hand and right knees.
- Do this exercise for 5 times at start, keep doing and increase no of sets.
Single leg Bridge :

Steps :
- Lie on back and bent your knees.
- Lift you back up side and take you left leg up straight but knees soft.
- Now come back to starting position and start again with right leg and do the same procedure for 10 sec.
- Keep doing 10 sets per day.
Stability ball knee tuck :
Steps :
- Put your stability ball on surface and lie face down on ball and walk forward on your arms.
- Now bring knees towards to the chest smoothly and try to altering the position of your upper body.
- Back to normal but now take your ball towards from the chest and move to starting position.
- Do this workout 15-20 repetition per set.And try to do 2 sets a day.
Spiderman Plank :
Steps:
- Its is almost similar to Bird Dog Exercise.Lie flat on floor on your palm and knees.
- Breath in without bending spinal.
- Now try to turn you left leg towards to the left elbow.
- Repeat these steps from both the legs for 30sec each.
- Do 10 sets a day.
Inchworm Exercise :
Steps:
- Stand on your feet and walk forward with hands as you can see in image.
- Now make position of push ups, bend only at the hip, keeping your legs straight .
- Now walk forward to the hands , keep 1 inch distance in between you foot and hands.
- Do for 10 sets.
Thats all gys , hope you like it and learned something. So keep Exercise at home,do all you gym workouts at home. It is the best remedy to helps you to build your 8 abs, without wasting money.
