How to make Resume: Effective Way to compete others
Writing Impressive Resume
Hello mates, okay are you ready to go for an Interview. That’s great. Sit back take deep breathe and think only for what you have done effectively and completely with your attention. Don’t afraid of you had bad experience in qualifying JOB Opening. Today I am going to show you how to make EFFECTIVE resume. And ready to beat your competitors, it’s time to fun.Make yourself confirmable before writing yourself. Because Resume speaks to on behalf on you, it is first impression to the Company Recruiters. So be careful and write only truth. Impressive design show your strength and tells that you are creative and have full of ideas.
So let’s start the Work
- Head Section: The first look of employer on your resume will be the Main Heading “Name”. Don’t use more than 2 font formats in your resume, and make bold, italic in different sections. Head title size should be 14 or 16. Don’t make it too much large.

Address Section: It will be on top of the page, just after the Title “Name”. It should contain detailed address, phone number, E-mail.
- Educational Details: It is most important to give information about your percentage, rank and CGPA. Whatever grades you have it is necessary to mention those in full descriptive manner. You should start writing by your highest qualification to low. Because this is most important section where Employer reads about your educational details and educational background.
- Experience: Experience should be mentioned here, because after reading your qualification, employer expects some experience from you, if you have then mention it. And if you don’t have any experience then don’t worry just make your resume as per guideline you will definitely get the job. And yes don’t mention any fake Experience, which you don’t have, this will be avoided strictly, it can cause you to disqualify from JOB.
- Technical Skills: Now this section describe about your skills and activities which you can handle. You should start by writing your Major skill sets and fully confident about all those skills which you have written in your resume.
- Project Details: Yes if you have worked on some projects then it is good to mention here. Describe your project in details, it should be in descriptive manner. Don’t describe it too much. Just think employer’s point of view, even you don’t like to read some sort of paragraph. So be specific as your project details. Start with latest project work which you have done.

- Skills used:
[Describe your project here in 2 lines only.]
- Strengths: Okay all the above things describes what you have done before, and this part shows, how you will manage your project and yourself after joining. If you have too much strengths don’t mention small, just input your major skills in listing form using bullets marks.
- Extra Curriculum Activities: This section is not necessary for everyone, those who have participated in some events, major functions, but some time it may provide your resume a good weight. This is actually depends upon your job. You can mention your major strength first. Describe it in list with bullets.
- Personal Details: And the last section of your resume will be personal details. Many of you write too much details about your family background. Actually employer doesn’t want to know about your family, he/she not interested in your family details. Just give your own details here only. Ex.
- Date of Birth:
- Sex & Status:
- Nationality:
- Language Known:
- Passport Number:
- Be honest, lying doesn’t work on Resume.
- Customize. Study about job description from companies’ website and make your Resume FIT for that job.
- Use active languages. So instead of saying ‘I had to plan..’ say ‘Planned…’.
- Check your spellings and grammar. Read it through word by word.
- Have someone else to read it. Different eyes can find different errors. So double check your resume for errors.
- Email address that looks unprofessional.
- Long Sentences, and repetitions. Short sentences get points clearly.
- Too much information.
- Table and graphics like images, clipart that looks cluttered.
Now you are done, you have made your resume good and effective, And the last point that I have forgot to mention is that whenever you send your resume/CV from email, don’t send your Editable resume files like word files, just convert it in PDF or non-editable format. Name your resume file as Your Fullname_Resume_Date_of_submission.
